Is the Commercial price really for the whole facility?
Yes. Unlike competitors who charge per user or per square foot, CanopIQ Commercial is a flat monthly fee per facility site. You can have as many users as you need on one license.
What happens at the end of beta?
Beta users lock in founding member pricing — you'll pay less than new users at general availability. We'll give at least 30 days notice before any charges begin.
Do I need METRC access to use CanopIQ?
No. Free plans work without any METRC integration. METRC automation activates on Commercial plans and requires your state-issued API credentials.
Is my cultivation data private?
Absolutely. Your data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. It is technically impossible for another facility's data to appear in your account.
